By accepting this agreement, you understand that every point mentioned in this agreement is valid from the moment of your confirmation, whether verbal (in a phone call or in-person meeting) or written confirmation which may be through various communication applications (E-mail, WhatsApp, Viber, or Instagram, etc.). It should be noted that in the impossibility of signing the contract physically or electronically, at the moment the company accepts the prepayment or deposit, the following part of the agreement is considered read and accepted.
If you do not agree to the above terms, please do not use this service.
This contract is entered into between:
● ZOOM Group L.L.C, with headquarters in Lipjan, registered with business number 811902833, and
● The Client with the contact details specified in the agreement.
ZOOM Production provides professional wedding photography and videography services. Our services include, but are not limited to: event coverage, photo and video editing, drone services, and other wedding documentation services.
The purpose of this contract is to provide filming and photography services for the wedding ceremony and/or other events specified by the client, in accordance with the specifications and conditions of this agreement.
All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed through a contract or booking agreement. Prices and packages are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
The client pays a prepayment of 30% of the total contract value at the time of confirmation to secure the booking of the date and required services. This payment is non-refundable.
The remaining amount must be paid in full after completion of the filming service, and only if full payment is made do we proceed with editing and processing procedures.
If payment is not made within 30 days from the service completion date, the Company has the right to initiate legal proceedings for debt collection and to claim damages and legal costs.
We do not process online payments on www.zoomproduction.info. Payment arrangements are handled separately as agreed with the client.
Filmed and photographed materials will be processed and delivered on the date specified in the contract. As mentioned in point 4, no editing or processing work will begin without full payment completion.
Material delivery will be made only on USB or HDD or via online link according to the client's preference. The client must pay for any additional delivery devices. The delivery period is 4 to 6 weeks.
For rush delivery requests, an additional fee applies starting from 49.99 Euro.
The client does not have the right to request a refund of the prepayment in case of event cancellation by them or any other case.
If the client changes the event date, any term change will depend on the Company's availability, and the prepayment will not be refunded.
If the client is delayed more than 30 minutes from the scheduled time for the start of service, the Company is not responsible for the loss of service time.
ZOOM Group L.L.C is not responsible for damage or loss of materials (photographs, footage) that occurs due to:
The Company will make maximum efforts to protect materials, but is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs due to reasons beyond its control.
The Company is responsible for storing materials for a period of 1 month to 3 months from the service completion date. Any request for materials after this period will be charged extra cost according to the service or may not be possible.
Once materials are delivered to the client, it is the client's responsibility to protect and store their images and videos for the future.
ZOOM Group L.L.C reserves the right to use materials for promotional purposes, including publication on social media, only with prior client disapproval cases.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, photos and videos created by ZOOM Production remain our intellectual property. Client usage rights, delivery format, and any portfolio/social media permissions are specified in the booking agreement.
The client, their guests, companions, and employees do not have the right to interfere with the photographer and videographer during the performance of duties. Any interference resulting in loss of important moments is not the Company's responsibility.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the Company has the right to interrupt or postpone the service until suitable working conditions are created. The client is responsible for ensuring protection of equipment in open environments.
The client is responsible for any undesirable situation that may arise during the event, including disputes, misunderstandings, or other risks.
The client must provide transportation for specific filming needs, such as picking up the bride.
In case of contract cancellation due to breach of terms by the client, the Company reserves the right to claim compensation for losses caused.
For any disagreement that may arise from this contract, the parties agree that the matter shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Kosovo.
This contract enters into force at the moment of confirmation by both parties and remains in force until the completion of all obligations specified in it.
If any provision of this contract is declared invalid by a competent court, the remainder of the contract remains valid and in force.
